Your art prints are made-to-order using premium materials, which ensures the highest quality but requires a few days for production. Once your print is created, it ships immediately with tracking provided.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and items ordered. Here are typical estimates:
United States:
- Unframed prints: ~$5
- Framed prints: ~$10-13
Canada:
- Unframed prints: ~$5

Brazil:

How will my order be packaged?
Unframed Prints: Shipped in protective triangular or rectangular tubes to prevent damage during transit.

What paper do you use for your prints?
Our prints are created on Master's Edition archival paper - museum-quality paper designed for fine art:
- Paper Weight: 250 gsm (110 lb) for substantial feel and durability
- Finish: Matte, uncoated, natural white for reduced glare
- Acid-Free: pH above 7 prevents yellowing over time
- Thickness: 0.29 mm (11.4 mils) for professional quality

Our wooden frames are designed for both beauty and durability:

What sizes do you offer?
We offer three square sizes to fit different spaces:
Unframed Prints:
- 12×12 inches (30×30 cm)
- 16×16 inches (40×40 cm)
- 20×20 inches (50×50 cm)
Framed Prints:
- 12×12 inches frame with 11.5×11.5" visible print area
- 16×16 inches frame with 15.5×15.5" visible print area
- 20×20 inches frame with 19.5×19.5" visible print area
The frame border covers approximately 0.25 inches on all sides of the print.
How should I care for my prints?
Unframed Prints:
- Handle with clean, dry hands along the edges
- Store flat if not displaying immediately
- Avoid direct sunlight for longevity
- Frame behind glass or plexiglass for best protection
Framed Prints:
- Clean plexiglass with soft, lint-free cloth
- Avoid harsh chemicals - use only mild soap and water if needed
- Hang away from direct sunlight to prevent fading over time

What's your quality guarantee?
Every print is created at 300+ DPI for crisp detail and professional quality. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of your print, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, no. Because our products are made-to-order and production can begin anywhere from minutes to 2 business days after your order is placed, we cannot modify orders once they're placed.
Please double-check all details before completing your purchase:

- Quantity
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Since manufacturing can begin anywhere from minutes to 2 business days after your order and the timing is unpredictable, we recommend contacting us immediately if you need to cancel.1.
If you need to cancel, email us right away with your order number - we'll do our best to help if production hasn't begun.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our art prints, we do not accept returns for change of mind, size regrets, or personal preference.
We do offer free replacements for:
- Damaged items during shipping
- Manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Incorrect items sent
All quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
How do I report a quality issue?
If your print arrives damaged or with a quality issue:
- Take clear photos of the damage and packaging
- Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos
- We'll send a replacement at no charge once we review the issue
We handle all customer service directly and stand behind the quality of our work.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect item, we'll send the right one immediately at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of what you received.
Do you offer exchanges?
Since our products are custom-made to order, we cannot offer exchanges. Each print is created specifically for your order and cannot be resold.
