Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. If you're located outside the US and interested in ordering, please contact us — we're happy to look into options.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is $11.95 for prints up to 11×14 inches.

How will my order be packaged?

Each print is matted, backed with archival board, and placed in a protective sleeve. The package is shipped in a rigid mailer to prevent bending or damage in transit.

About the Work

What is a linocut?

A linocut is a relief print made by carving a design into a linoleum block, inking the surface, and pressing paper against it by hand. Each print is pulled individually — no machines, no reproductions. The process is slow and deliberate, and small variations in ink coverage and pressure are a natural part of the medium.

Are all your linocut prints identical?

No — and that's intentional. Because each print is carved and pressed by hand, there will be subtle differences between prints. These variations are part of what makes each one an original, not a flaw.

What paper and ink do you use?

Unless otherwise specified, prints are made with Caligo Safe Wash Relief Ink on Rives Lightweight paper, an acid-free archival sheet. Each print is matted to 11×14 inches with archival materials.

How should I care for my print?

Handle by the edges with clean, dry hands. If framing, use acid-free matting and UV-protective glass or plexiglass. Avoid hanging in direct sunlight to preserve the print over time. If storing, keep flat in a dry location away from humidity.

Linocut Ordering & Returns

Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing it?

Because linocut prints are hand-pulled and inventory is limited, we begin preparing orders promptly. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change — we'll do our best to help if your order hasn't shipped yet.

What is your return policy?

Due to the handmade nature of these prints, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

We do offer free replacements or refunds for:

  • Prints that arrive damaged during shipping
  • Quality issues missed during inspection
  • Incorrect items

Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery.

How do I report an issue?

Use our contact form within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue — we'll follow up by email to collect photos and confirm next steps.

Once confirmed, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Replacements ship within 5 business days if the print is in stock, or within 14 business days if it needs to be printed.

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days, which includes production, processing, and shipping. These prints are made to order, which requires a few days for production before shipping.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and items ordered.

Typical estimates for US orders:

  • Unframed prints: ~$5
  • Framed prints: ~$10–13

How will my order be packaged?

Unframed prints are shipped in protective tubes to prevent damage. Framed prints are packaged with corner protection and cushioning materials.

Product & Quality

What paper do you use?

These prints are produced on Master's Edition archival paper — a museum-quality, acid-free, matte paper at 250 gsm. FSC-certified and designed for fine art reproduction.

What about the frames?

Frames are made from sustainable pine wood and come fully assembled with hanging hardware. Available in white, black, natural wood, and dark wood. Each frame includes shatterproof plexiglass.

What sizes do you offer?

Unframed prints: 12×12, 16×16, or 20×20 inches. Framed prints: Same sizes, with approximately 0.25 inches covered by the frame border on each side.

How should I care for my print?

For unframed prints, handle by the edges, store flat, and frame behind glass or plexiglass for best protection. For framed prints, clean the plexiglass with a soft, lint-free cloth and avoid direct sunlight.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Because these prints are made to order, production can begin within minutes of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately — we'll do our best if production hasn't started.

What is your return policy?

Due to the made-to-order nature of these prints, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

  • Damage during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Incorrect items

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay), and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.
