Zebra in Focus (coming soon)   Barbara Gomes Arts
8 left

A zebra's face in close crop, its gaze steady and piercing through the pattern of stripes. The carved lines follow the natural contours of the skull and muzzle, each one distinct and deliberate. A single eye anchors the composition, quiet amid the complexity. Part of the Studies in Form collection.

About the process

Each print is hand-carved into a linoleum block and printed one at a time using a flatbed press. No two prints are exactly alike — small variations in ink coverage and pressure are part of the process, not flaws. What you receive is an original print, not a reproduction.
